eg-1 is controlled by 2 servo motors, which delivers precise and high-quality performance comparable to that of medium and large sized models.
PBF-300NDL is a diagonal-type wrapping machine that allows multiple individually wrapped products together in a bag. Compared to vertical flow wrapping machines, its unique diagonal design helps minimize product damage during the drop process.
The integration of the compact eg1 and the diagonal-type PBF-300NDL offers a well-balanced wrapping line.

Product Features

• The most distinctive feature of eg1 is its size, measuring only about 1.4 meters in length and 60 cm in width. Despite its size. eg1 delivers precise and high-quality performance comparable to that of medium and large sized models. It also allows a wide range of bag lengths from 80mm to 500mm.
• PBF-300NDL is a diagonal-type wrapping machine designed for group packaging. Unlike vertical flow wrapping machines, which often cause product damage during the drop, its unique diagonal design helps minimize impact and allows for the wrapping of loose products.
• In our booth, we will showcase a compact wrapping line where individually wrapped chocolates by eg1 are group wrapped using PBF-300NDL.
