This wrapping line is a combination of individual wrapping and multi-items wrapping. For individual wrapping, an ultra-compact computer-equipped wrapping machine eg1 is incorporated into the line. For multi-items wrapping, an angle adjustable wrapping machine PBF-300NDL is integrated into the line.
Despite the compact size of eg1, it is controlled by a servo motor and performs precisely, enabling beautiful and high-accuracy wrapping.
The PBF-300NDL is an angle adjustable machine that can wrap multiple individually wrapped items, and also can mitigate product damage when products fall compared to vertical wrapping machines.

Product Features

• The lower reel flow wrapping machine “eg1” is approximately 1.4m long and 60cm in wide. Although “eg1” is compact, it can wrap a wide range of bag lengths from 8cm to 50cm.
• The angle adjustable wrapping machine “PBF-300NDL” wraps multi-items. That feature enables the wrapping of bulk products while reducing damage to items and bags, which is a problem with vertical flow wrapping machines.
• This wrapping line combines the “eg1” which is a small-size lower reel flow wrapping machine, and the “PBF-300NDL” which is an angle adjustable wrapping machine. Chocolates are individually wrapped by the eg1 and multi-items are grouped together by the PBF-300NDL.
