Our proposal is a wrapping line that the compact flow wrapping machine:PROTO-C700B wraps items with our patented system “PAMS (Polystar Auto Measure System)”, then quantity of designated amount of items are arranged in food trays for sorting to each destination. In addition, this wrapping line enables customer to reduce wasted film due to the setup changes and variation in bag size for each item, and also contributes to shorter the working hours. We hope this line inspires the customers who are struggling with the staff shortage to come up with a solution for their issues. Product Features

• Our own patented system ”PAMS” can curb the wasted film due to the setup changes (e.g. 1000mm × number of setup changes for the displayed C700B), and variation in bag size for each item (for 200mm to 240mm, the variation is 40mm × number of items).
• An equipment for arranging wrapped items on food trays takes out stacked food trays and arranges the items on the food tray. Wrapped products are conveyed and depending on the length of the items, two products are placed in a row if the product is short, or one product in a row if the product is long. This equipment is compact by using a number of single-axis robots.
• This wrapping line is designed to wrap and sort breads for delivery to individual stores. The distribution destination is classified by turning on the lamps in three patterns, but actually we can meet customer’s satisfaction for destination patterns or conveying apparatus flexibly.
