Overview of Products, Technologies, and Services
A line we propose is that bread is wrapped by PROTO-C700B, wrapped bread is sorted in specified quantities on food trays and delivered to each destination.
In our booth, we are showing our patented system PAMS “Polystar Auto Measure System.
This function automatically measures the length of bread with varying lengths and wraps them at the optimal length of each bread. PAMS helps reduce the amount of using film and increases your work efficiency. Don’t miss our advanced technology at our booth.
Product Features
- C700B with PAMS function helps reduce the amount of using film and increases your work efficiency.
- An automated tray loader is a system that retrieves stacked food trays called “BANJU”, places wrapped products on the trays and conveys the trays downstream. If the wrapped products are shorter than the specified length, two products are arranged in a single row on the tray. If the wrapped products are longer than the specified length, one product is placed per row. The system features a space-efficient design that utilizes multiple single-axis actuators for precise and synchronized motion control.
- In our booth, this wrapping line on display is designed to simulate the entire process, from wrapping bread to sorting them for individual retails stores. In this demonstration, sorting is indicated by illuminated lamps. In actual operations, both the sorting patterns and the conveyance systems can be flexibly customized to meet each customer's specific requirements.
