Equipped as standard with a separator function that cuts whole cakes and other products into equal portions and transfers them one by one to a take-out conveyor.
When interlocked with an automatic side wrapping machine, a series of operations from cutting to wrapping can be done automatically without touching the product, which is very hygienic and improves productivity.

The blades are our original 3-blade blades with a fine cutting surface. Frozen chilled products can also be cut by changing the blades.
Three models are available according to production volume.
