Booth Highlights

We will showcase “AI Sommelier,” a technology that quantifies differences in taste using diamond electrodes and AI. Measurements can be completed in about one minute with a small sample volume, enabling the replacement or enhancement of sensory evaluation and more advanced quality control. We will present use cases across a wide range of fields, including beverages, food, and water treatment, along with live demonstration measurements at the booth. As an AIST-originated startup, we leverage advanced diamond materials technology and our proprietary hot-filament CVD (HFCVD) systems to provide large-area, highly uniform diamond deposition equipment supporting substrates up to 12 inches, as well as contract coating services. In addition, we develop and supply boron-doped diamond (BDD) electrodes and offer an AI-driven sensing technology, “AI Sommelier,” built on this platform. Our solutions cover a wide range of applications, including diamond-on-glass, wear-resistant coatings, and electrode materials, delivering an integrated approach from materials development to scalable manufacturing processes.
