This unit is a cargo-only vertical transfer machine designed to continuously transfer items in a similar manner to an escalator. Requiring less installation space than a sloping conveyor, its performance is top class among general-purpose vertical conveyors. Significant improvements can be seen in labor efficiency due to the unit's ability to transfer large volumes of cargo over a short period of time. There are no metal sliding parts from the main unit's drive section to the lateral transfer apparatus (automatic loading/unloading conveyor), so no metal filings are produced and no lubrication is required.

• Rust-resistant and elegant stainless steel frame
  The main frame and internal parts are made of stainless steel, making them both rust-resistant and elegant in appearance. *Some parts are made of other materials.
• Food-safe belt used with loading platform and belt conveyor
  A multifunctional belt with antibacterial and antifungal properties, ideal for transporting food, is used. The belt conveyor is also equipped with a waterproof motor that can be washed.
• High performance [Max. transfer ability: 3,000 cases/hour]
  When transferring case items with dimensions of W400×L400×H200mm at a hoist speed of 50m/minute, more than 3,000 cases can be transferred per hour.
• Compatible with various cargo
  As long as the size and shape of the cargo can be handled (transferred) by the belt conveyor, stable automatic transfer can be performed even if there are protrusions on the bottom surface.
• Belt Hoist Type with no metal sliding parts
  A highly reliable timing belt made of high-precision urethane with excellent oil and ozone resistance is used in the lifting medium. Also very quiet.
