Booth Highlights

Skillnote, a skills/competence management system for the manufacturing industry, will be introduced, followed by individual consultation on competence/skill management. We will introduce how Skillnote digitizes traditional competence/skill management for ISO certification purposes, and how skill data can be used to formulate organizational human resource strategies and systematically train and deploy human resources.

Skillnote, a skills management system offered by our company, is a cloud service that enables centralized management and operation of skill maps (competence management charts) that have conventionally been managed with Excel and other software. By registering on-site skill/education data in the cloud and making it visible, Skillnote enables planned human resource development and staffing using skill data, and contributes to solving issues related to human resource management in manufacturing companies, such as passing on skills, fostering multi-skilled workers, and increasing the readiness of workers for work.
