This product is easy to use and anyone can use it with ease.
The standard cutting width is 5 mm, but this can be changed to a pitch width that is a multiple of 5 by removing the flat blade.

All operation buttons are one-touch. With excellent operability, it's a product
that anyone can easily handle. It also includes an emergency stop button as
standard equipment, considering safety aspects. - A clean finish with uniform cuts.
By cutting with a uniform width of 5mm (or 10mm), the processed product has
a beautiful finish. The efficiency of the work is significantly improved
compared to manual labor. - The blades are in a unit structure!
When the blades become dull, you can remove the entire blade unit and
sharpen the blades, allowing for repeated reuse. - Simply place the sashimi or hot pot slices on the fence, and the
slicing will start just by touching the start switch. An emergency
stop button is also included for safety considerations.
