Depending on the skill of fish insertion, with a processing capacity of 20 fish
per minute, it's possible to process 1,200 fish per hour. With the automation of scale removal tasks using machinery, some processing plants have achieved a
reduction in manPower to 3-4 people. - Inverter Control Panel
The water pressure, conveyor rotation speed, and nozzle swing are controlled
by an inverter. You can easily operate them using the memory function on the
control panel. - In the factory, there is no scattered scale and it
remains clean.
Since the scales blown away by water pressure are collected and fall down to
the bottom of the machine, there is no scattering. Additionally, after
processing, the inside of the machine can be thoroughly washed using a
shower head, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the factory.

You can easily clean the machine after processing by rinsing it with water. For
stubborn fish oil, using a neutral detergent is recommended for effective
cleaning.
