Electric Balancer "Moon Lifter" is an assist device that allows you to lift and transport a workpiece from 10 kg to 2 tons with light force. Since it always detects a load and a position by the force sensor and the servo motor, a smooth and precise positioning as well as a safe operation with both hands can be achieved. Even elderly and/or female employees can work in relief. Moon Lifter assists not only humans but also robots! Cooperative operation greatly increases the robot's weight capacity!

• Operability
  
  Moon Lifter allows you to handle workpieces with light force by directly holding them with both hands.
  Since it detects human power then assists them, smooth movements at will were achieved.
  The main unit of the lightweight type, which weighs only 8.5kg, can lift a workpiece up to 60kg. Because a total weight of the main unit and a workpiece is light, a smooth lateral movement is possible even the main unit and a workpiece are hanged from a rail.
  It rebalances with single button click even a workpiece weight changes in each time. Anyone can handle easily.
  　
• Precision
  
  Moon Lifter cancels inertia of movements during handling. When the hand is released, a workpiece stops immediately.
  This function contributes precise positioning and safe & secure transportation.
  　
• Safety
  
  Tunings that suit users such as safety measures, upper/lower limit settings, speed setting etc. are possible.
  Moon Lifter constantly detect load during operation. Since load over the specified value is not generated, the buck-jumping of the hook can be prevented. Also, if the hook is pulled suddenly, Moon Lifter will be locked thus a workpiece will not fall.
  When the power is off and at an emergency stop, the brake prevents the workpiece from falling.
  　
• Convenience just by plugging into an outlet
  The only wiring required is only AC100V or AC200V power supply! Neither air source nor air pipes needed.
  Moon Lifter turns to power-saving mode automatically when it is not running.
  　
• Customizability
  
  Sets up Moon Lifter with the PC application at ease.
  Recommended for adjustments such as starting up a work site or changing a layout.
