Booth Highlights

In food production facilities, many processes such as accumulation, alignment, and inversion still rely heavily on manual labor. This system enables these operations to be performed automatically directly on the conveyor line. By integrating tasks that were traditionally carried out by workers into the natural flow of the conveying process, the system achieves automation while maintaining smooth material handling. As a result, it supports labor-saving operations and more stable production. It also helps address labor shortages and reduce the physical burden on workers, while significantly improving productivity and lowering overall production costs.

Other Exhibits

We will demonstrate a new belt conveyor that uses magnets as its driving source, introduced ahead of the market. Unlike conventional chain-driven systems, it requires no lubrication, significantly reducing maintenance work. This helps cut both the time and costs associated with routine servicing. In addition, the system allows for a more compact motor design, contributing to space-saving equipment layouts and lower power consumption. As a next-generation conveying technology, this innovative conveyor system supports greater efficiency and stable operation in food production lines.
