Overview of Products, Technologies, and Services
LPP is the linear type pouch packaging machine that handles zipper stading type pouch as standard feature.
Space-saving design is suitable for various locations. Either the product supplying by weigher or hand is possible.
Product Features
- Space-saving design. Footprint approximately 60% smaller than typical rotary type machines.
- Equipped with flat type pouch stacker. Easier to supply pouches in comparison to a stacker at an angle. The bottom-suction system enables stable pouch feeding regardless of pouch curl.
- Pouch tilt measurement & correction system(Optional)
Pouch tilt is measured by sensor after filling.
The height and angle of the sealing unit are then automatically adjusted along with the pouch position.
Prevent material loss caused by sealing defects.
