We have compactly packaged two functions: high-temperature condensate recovery and waste steam recovery.
By recovering and reusing not only steam condensate but also heat from re-evaporated steam (flash steam) generated from the condensate, energy loss and boiler fuel consumption is reduced. It also improves the working environment of the plant by eliminating steam from flash steam.

Product Features

• Collects condensate and steam (flash steam generated from condensate) at the same time, realizing zero energy loss.
• Atmospheric open-type structure with almost no back pressure on the steam-using equipment.
• Since it is open to the atmosphere, it is not subject to pressure vessel regulations and is economical to maintain.
• The heat recovery section of the steam has a high heat exchange efficiency comparable to a sealed heat exchanger.
