Overview of Products, Technologies, and Services
With hybrid inspection, which performs both optical camera inspection and X-ray inspection at the same time, we have realized 'jamming inspection' for various types of packaging, including aluminum materials.
It is now possible to simultaneously inspect 'jamming', 'foreign body', 'relative weight', and 'shape'. With a single inspection system, multiple inspections can be performed, making it space-saving.
Product Features
- [Supports Various Packaging Materials]
It is possible to inspect aluminum vapor-deposited films, packaging with full surface printing, and transparent packaging.
Not only can the jamming in the seal area be inspected, but foreign bodies, shape, and relative weight inside the packaging can also be inspected. - [Reliable Identification of Seal Areas]
Even with thin packaging materials like aluminum vapor-deposited films, clear inspection images that capture the edges of the packaging are obtained.
The seal area is reliably identified, and jamming is detected with high sensitivity. - [Tilt Correction During Conveyance]
The issue of product rotation and tilting during conveyance is solved through image processing.
With powerful correction functionality, false operation caused by product tilting is reduced. Even lightweight and easily rotating products, which are difficult to inspect, can be stably inspected. - [AI (Deep Learning) Inspection Option]
AI distinguishes only the 'jamming' area of the seal.
This prevents false detection of 'wrinkles' or 'creases' and helps reduce food loss.
