Overview of Products, Technologies, and Services

The magnetized metal detector magnetizes metallic foreign objects using a magnetizing unit.
A highly sensitive magnetic sensor detects the magnetic field emitted by the magnetized metal foreign objects.
This enables the detection of products that are difficult for standard metal detectors and X-ray inspection systems to handle, as well as highly sensitive detection of microscopic metallic foreign objects.

Product Features

  • [Achieving Both High-Sensitivity and Stable Inspections]
Highly sensitive magnetic sensors can sometimes malfunction due to external influences.
At SYSTEM SQUARE, we have enhanced noise resistance and developed an inspection system that offers both high sensitivity and minimal malfunction.
  • [Detection of microscopic metal foreign objects in aluminum packaging]
Since aluminum does not become magnetized, it does not affect the magnetic sensors.
Only magnetized metal foreign objects in retort foods or aluminum canned products can be detected.
  • [Highly sensitive inspection of high-salt, high-moisture, and temperature-varying products]
Because the magnetic sensor detects magnetic fields, it is unaffected by the salt content, moisture level, or temperature changes of the product being inspected.
It can perform high-sensitivity inspections of products that are typically difficult for standard metal detectors, such as frozen foods or miso, which are greatly affected by the product's characteristics.
  • [Detection of stainless steel fragments and metal powders]
The system can detect stainless steel (SUS304) cutting chips, burrs, rust particles, and metal powders with high sensitivity.
Stainless steel becomes magnetized when subjected to forces like cutting or bending, allowing it to be detected.
It can detect microscopic metal foreign objects that have been mixed into products due to machinery breakdowns or wear and tear.
  • [Low running costs]
There are no expensive consumables, so it can be used at the same low running cost as a standard metal detector.
