• Improved Yield by Reducing False Detections
  　With enhanced detection performance, it is now possible to set detection limit values with a margin for the required sensitivity. This significantly reduces false detections and improves yield.
  
• Up to 3 Levels of Sensitivity Improvement Compared to Conventional Systems
  　By adopting a newly developed high-performance X-ray sensor, the resolution of X-ray images has been greatly improved. This allows for clear detection of fine structures and shapes, enabling high-precision detection of fine metal contaminants and low-density foreign objects that were difficult to detect with conventional systems. Sensitivity improvement of up to 3 levels in terms of test pieces has been achieved, contributing to improved product quality.
  
• Performance Improvement on High-Speed Lines
  　In high-speed production lines, conventional systems had issues with distorted X-ray images of products being transported at high speeds, resulting in reduced detection sensitivity. With the improved scan speed of the new sensor, clear images can be obtained even at a belt speed of 80 m/min, significantly improving detection sensitivity compared to conventional systems. Stable high-precision inspection is now possible.
  
• Easy Registration Mode Eliminates Manual Adjustments
  　Product registration can be selected from two modes: normal registration and easy registration mode. In easy registration mode, after entering basic information such as product name, settings are completed by simply passing the inspection item once. Additionally, limit values with a margin to prevent false detections are automatically set. This eliminates the need for manual adjustment work after automatic setting, while maintaining the same level of detection sensitivity as conventional systems. Note: It is necessary to confirm that the customer's management sensitivity is met.
  
• Intuitive Smartphone-Like Operation
  　The screen design and user interface have been revamped, allowing for smartphone-like operation. You can intuitively operate the system with pinch-in/out to zoom in/out of X-ray images, double-tap to enlarge foreign object areas, and swipe to scroll through lists.
