  • Improved safety
     Interlocks are of course standard equipment. Additional safety features such as a blade removal tool (optional) and safety sensors have been added
    and safety sensors are available for safer use.
  • Improved yield
     Reduced loss meat falling into the waste receptacle during slicing. Improved chucking reduces the amount of residual meat to a minimum of 20 mm.
    Tool-less chucking can be changed to 20, 30, or 40 mm depending on the raw material, ensuring reliable chucking.
  • Improved productivity
     Slicing speed is 430 times/min. Slicing accuracy and yield are improved even at high speeds thanks to Watanabe's unique technology.
    Touch panel operability has also evolved for easier use.
