Our Drumless Spiral Conveyor (DLC) features resin-based drive wheels and rails. This unique design eliminates metal-on-metal contact, completely preventing metal flake contamination.
The multi-tiered peripheral drive system creates an open internal space, maximizing layout flexibility and significantly improving maintenance and cleaning access.
Equipped with low-noise resin links, the DLC is ideal not only for cooling and freezing but also for drying and water-spraying. We drive manufacturing innovation through our proven technology.
