We also provide total production for the Baumkuchen business, from "developing customer-specific recipes" based on the three types of Baumkuchen (soft, hard, and four sec) , "baking training" for those with no confectionery experience, as well as providing support for everything necessary in the kitchen. We offer proposals for equipment selection and delivery, sales floor creation (zoning) that takes advantage of the "prosperous know-how" we have cultivated over the 60 years since our founding, logo and package design, and support for businesses entering other industries.
