Taking advantage of the features of B&R's track-based technology "ACOPOStrak," we have introduced a shuttle that can hold two types of packaging materials, making it possible to simultaneously carry out two packaging processes, "ziplock pouches" and "cartons," in one loop in a "linear transport packaging system." This enables a variety of packaging proposals, while also realizing space and cost savings.

Product Features

• The same shuttle can be used on one line while completely different packaging operations can be carried out on the other side, thus saving space and reducing costs.
• A QR code is engraved on the shuttles, and by reading the barcode with a barcode reader while the shuttle is in motion, the mileage and operating status of each shuttle can be checked and managed on the operation panel.
• The shuttles that run within the loop can be sent out from a side lane, so shuttles can be replaced during maintenance without stopping operations.
