This is a processing machine that automatically cuts the broccoli florets needed for processing into small florets.
It is the only machine of its kind in Japan and was first sold about 12 years ago.
Because it is compact and easy to maintain, it is now widely distributed not only in Japan but also overseas.

• Processing capacity is 12 to 24 balls/minute or more!
  Processes 2 balls in just 5-10 seconds (720-1440 balls/hour)
  *Processing capacity varies depending on the speed of the worker who can set the broccoli into the machine.
• Designed with safety in mind
  The cut switch operates by pressing it with both hands at the same time. By having workers use both hands, they can prevent hand accidents during work.
  In addition, the switches on the side are designed so that they will not operate unless you press them at the same time, so there is no chance of them accidentally hitting the switch with your body.
• Excellent hygiene
  The body is made entirely of stainless steel so that it can be washed with water, and all joints are "fully welded." This not only increases the strength of the machine, but also prevents moisture from accumulating between machine parts even after washing, preventing the growth of bacteria.

  In order to increase the durability and maintainability of the machine, we focused on keeping the design as simple as possible.
