Product Features

  • Supports "Mega-Sized" Portions of Up to 1 kg
To meet the growing demand for "Mega-Sized" portions, this system can handle packs weighing up to 1,000 grams. This enables the efficient production of large, high-volume jumbo packs.
  • Compatibility with Large Trays
This model is compatible with the large trays (up to 288 mm in length) used in Mega Packs. Compared to the previous model (MP-114), which supported trays up to 240 mm in length, the range of compatible trays has been significantly expanded.
  • Improved Productivity (Up to 60 packs per minute)
With enhanced processing capacity, the machine can produce up to 60 packs per minute (up to 3,600 packs per hour). This represents a significant increase in speed compared to the previous model’s 40 packs per minute, leading to improved operational efficiency.
  • Enhanced Operability and Visibility
The adoption of a large color touch panel has improved visibility. Additionally, the machine features a function that automatically adjusts the width of the tray guide simply by selecting a menu option, reducing the effort required for setup changes.
