Mince Inspector (MI-GR001) is a device that inspects vinyl pieces mixed into coarsely ground minced meat.
(Applicable vinyl is blue or green.)

Product Features

• Installed between the grinder and the vertical conveyor used in our minced meat production line, it inspects coarsely ground minced meat as it is conveyed.
• A camera installed on the top of the conveyor captures multiple images of the minced meat rolling down the conveyor to improve the detection probability of foreign objects in the vinyl pieces.
• When a foreign object is detected, a signal tower with a buzzer alerts the operator to the abnormality and stops operation of the conveyor, the upstream grinder, and the downstream vertical conveyor.
• Images of detected foreign objects are displayed on the monitor and recorded on the attached SD card at the same time.
