Robot packer puts sliced meat on trays. Robot maker can be retrofitted to AtoZ or AXY slicers. By combining with a slicer and changing hands, a wide variety of serving styles are possible, such as shingling, both-side folds, one-side fold, ‘Horseshoe’, and “Cut-Off”.

Shingling/folding: 1,120 packs/hour (6 pcs/pack)
Horseshoe/cut-off: 200-220 packs/hour (8 pcs/pack) - Hand replacement can be done in less than 1 minute with no special tools required.
- Space-saving design with area sensor provides excellent workability during normal operation and cleaning.
- Equipped with tray dispenser (provides 30 packs/min)
When multiple units are used side by side, a merging device to the conveyor is also available as an option.
