This device uses a Cartesian robot to efficiently transfer products that have been packaged on the packaging line.

Product Features

• The low-speed tray loader has a processing capacity of 18 packs/minute (assuming 6 units per container).
• The top surface of the product is suction-guided and transported by a robotic hand, then transferred to a container.
• There are three standard robotic hands to suit different product sizes, and they can be manually replaced with a single touch. An automatic replacement system is also available as an option.
• Optional equipment is available for container destacking/stacking and for sorting underfilled containers.
