91% of product packs are accurate to within ±10% of the specified grams.
1) The sensor on the top of the swing cover measures the shape of the input material.
(2) Slicing is performed while automatically adjusting the number of slicing thicknesses based on the information from the sensor.
 Even if the number of slices is changed by the slicer's on-board function, the pitch is automatically adjusted and the slices fit neatly in the tray.
(3) Each of the two rows of conveyors is independently controlled to maintain the accuracy and productivity of fixed quantity slicing.
(4) The waterproof and dustproof performance of the sensor complies with IP67.

  • Processing capacity:
    With bending: 40-60 times/minute
    Without bending: 30-70 times/min.
  • Space saving:
    The sensor unit fits inside the slicer machine.
    No new installation space is required.
  • Unchanged operations:
    ・Weight settings can be registered in menus as with conventional slicers.
    As with conventional slicers, weight settings can be registered in the menu. Fine adjustments can be easily made to accommodate differences in specific gravity of ingredients with a single touch of a button.
    The slicer measures the ingredients inside the meat box while slicing, so there is no need to separately measure the ingredients, and the ingredients can be continuously fed in the same way as with a conventional slicer.
    Thus it won't reduce production efficiency.
  • Increased Productivity
    The burden of “pack weight adjustment,” a task where productivity depends on the operator's skill level, is greatly reduced.
  • Excellent compatibility with Robot Packer
    When installing together with the Robot Packer, a series of operations from slicing to weight adjustment to tray serving can be automated.
