Overview of Products, Technologies, and Services
1) Two pieces of raw meat can be simultaneously sliced at a preset thickness (1 to 20 mm), folded and shingled.
2) Not only loin but also tender thigh meat can be folded and lined up neatly.
3) Thick slicing and slicing with gap of gingerbread, pork cutlets, etc. are also possible.
4) With a yield rate of 99%, the machine is economical with little meat loss.

- Designed with the cleaning process in mind:
Safety covers are integrated, eliminating the need for carrying and storage space.
The safety cover can be easily opened and closed by a lateral movement instead of an upward movement.
The safety cover locks once at 45°, allowing cleaning in a space equivalent to that of conventional machines. The safety cover can be opened up to 90°.
The safety cover can be opened up to 90°. - Revised frame structure:
The center of the main unit frame can be opened to allow cleaning from corner to corner.
The lower frame of the conveyor has wide open space for easier cleaning.
The frame structure of the main unit has been reviewed to prevent water from penetrating into the main unit. - From full-completion to optional system:
Conventional models were full-complete models with all functions, but the E Series allows customers to select the optional parts they need.
This allows customers to further reduce costs by eliminating unnecessary parts.
