- Slice thickness and speed can be set numerically via the touch panel. Anyone can easily and accurately slice to the same thickness every time. (Thickness settings can be changed even during operation.)
- By adopting a motor system, the area around the upper presser foot and meat feed is neat and tidy.
The auxiliary feed is also electric, making it easy to use. - The structure allows the loading section to open wide just by lifting the upper presser. Loading large raw materials is easy. The belt system used for the upper presser reduces the time required for disassembly and cleaning. The upper and lower belts are the same specification, so there is no risk of installation mistakes.
- The standard width for feeding raw materials is 350mm (previously 330mm). Large raw materials such as beef shoulder roast can be fed in as is.
- Equipped with an intermittent operation function that stops for a certain period of time after slicing a specified number of slices. Making products more convenient. In addition to adjusting the reciprocating speed, you can also set the stop time. It is now easier to use according to the work content and skill level.
