Overview of Products, Technologies, and Services
We will be showcasing a production line designed to address labor shortages in food processing plants, featuring the SPIN SHOCK® spiral freezer—which enables rapid cooling and freezing of large volumes in a compact space—integrated with an automated transport robot.
Product Features
- Space-Saving Design
By positioning the cooler, blower, and other components at the top of the spiral conveyor, we have achieved a space-saving design that reduces the footprint by more than 40% compared to conventional models. The hexagonal exterior design and simple internal structure allow us to minimize the cooling area, eliminating the need for an outer conveyor cover and further reducing the required floor space. - Energy Efficiency
Our proprietary cooling system enables highly efficient cooling and freezing. Because the design prevents cold air from the blower from blowing directly onto the food, it significantly reduces food scatter and shifting. By reducing the cooling area and utilizing an efficient cooling method, energy efficiency is dramatically improved. By reducing food waste and enhancing energy efficiency, we deliver a production line that is both economical and environmentally friendly. - Ease of Cleaning
By positioning the cooler on a spiral conveyor and adopting a simple design, the conveyor belt is directly accessible from outside the unit, allowing for visual inspection and cleaning without entering the interior. The floor features a ship-bottom design with a centralized drainage system, preventing the accumulation of dirt and water and ensuring a hygienic environment. An optional automatic CIP (Clean-in-Place) function is also available, enabling more efficient operation.
