Product Features

• Super Jet Rapid Freezing
  Our proprietary SJ nozzle features an independent structure that enables a smooth flow of cold air without back pressure, creating a high-speed jet stream. This breaks through the temperature boundary layer on the product’s surface and rapidly removes heat from both the top and bottom of the product.
• CIP Automatic Cleaning
  The interior is thoroughly cleaned using "CIP FOAM-01," a detergent specifically designed for tunnel freezers, to maintain a clean interior environment. Automating the cleaning process reduces labor requirements and improves hygiene; cleaning times can be set individually for each stage and area.
• Steam Sterilization
  In addition to automatic CIP cleaning, tank-type freezers allow for steam sterilization by introducing live steam into the chamber after cleaning. This model offers a high level of hygiene.
• Large Reflective Door
  The design features a wide-opening side door, dramatically improving cleanability and ease of maintenance. Furthermore, the reflective door illuminates the interior, significantly enhancing visibility. The door can be opened and closed automatically with the push of a button, powered by a hydraulic cylinder.
