Product Features

• The uniquely developed “Clear Wave Water Flow” injects tap water, circulating water, and air at low pressure simultaneously from a single ejector.
  The system creates centimeter-sized bubbles within the system, and when they are injected into the food, the bubbles penetrate into the details of the food, and the reaction of the bubbles breaking up peels off foreign matter from the food.
• While filtering the washing water with a dust removal net, foreign matter with low specific gravity is removed to prevent reattachment.
  Foreign matter with high specific gravity sinks to the bottom of the tank and is discharged together with the water when it is drained.
