The AQUA WASH series employs our proprietary “Clear Wave Water Flow” method, in which tap water, circulating water, and air are simultaneously injected at low pressure from a single ejector to create centimeter-sized bubbles in the system. The reaction of the bubbles breaking up removes foreign matter from the food.
The SILKY WASH series uses the “Silky Wave Water Flow” method to inject microbubbles and an agitating water flow to peel off the object to be washed and thoroughly clean marine products.
