“New Compo” is Sanko’s best seller oven, and you can customize the deck combination as you want according to your baking conditions. Baking unit has 2 types: stone hearth with steamer, and iron hearth without steamer. For oven base, you can add a storage cabinet, proofer, or dough-conditioner.
