Product Features
- By expelling the air from the drum, the saltwater can easily penetrate into the flour, causing the gluten to swell rapidly and become completely hydrated.
- The dough, which feels as if it has been carefully and firmly forged by foot stomping, can be finished in a shorter amount of time.
- During the maturation process, the air inside the dough is removed by resting it, but since the air has already been removed during the mixing process, the maturation time can be shortened.
