Making dumplings requires skilled technique, but by rolling the dough and pressing it into a dumpling shape, anyone can easily make strong, beautiful, multi-layered dumplings.
Product Features
- The dough is rolled from four directions using rolls that replicate the unevenness created by the arch, toes, and heel of the foot.
This encourages gluten formation deep inside, resulting in a smooth dough surface. - We offer four types, from those for stores to those for large facilities.
- It is also possible to "reforge" the dough after it has rested.
