KOFLOC is manufacturer of N2 gas generators that can be used for Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) of food products.
N2 gas generators are capable of generating N2 gas on-site, which is effective in preventing oxidation and extending the shelf life of food products, and can significantly reduce the cost of N2 gas included in the cost of goods.
At this year's FOOMA, we will be exhibiting the latest nitrogen gas generator that can be installed outdoors. By installing the nitrogen gas generator outdoors, it is possible to optimize the layout of food factories.
