Our company provides contract processing of low-temperature and freeze milling using liquid nitrogen. Milling can achieve an average diameter of approximately 10µm to several hundred µm, and allergens are also accepted (excluding buckwheat and peanuts). We additionally offer discounts for test milling at exhibitions, so please visit our booth. [Features of Low-Temperature and Freeze Milling] 1. Milling in a nitrogen atmosphere suppresses oxidation. 2. Freeze milling enables the processing of food with high oil and moisture content. *The moisture content of the raw material directly affects the product. 3. Because no heat is generated during milling, flavor and aroma are preserved.
