This thawing chamber uses temperature and humidity control in a low-temperature range to thaw frozen foods to a high quality.
It suppresses dripping and quality deterioration of meat and seafood, and thaws them uniformly while maintaining freshness.
It can stably thaw approximately 31 kg of frozen tuna at approximately 5°C. It can accommodate a wide range of sizes, from large prefabricated units to tabletop models, and can process up to approximately 8 tons.
It contributes to increased efficiency and improved quality in the food processing, distribution, and restaurant industries.
