Due to its shape, a spiral freezer is suitable for cooling and freezing needs in small spaces along its length, and for items that require a long freezing time.
It has a structure in which a net is wrapped around a vertically extending drum,
and products are continuously cooled and frozen by being transported spirally along the net from the bottom to the top, or vice versa, over the required period of time.
