本研究の主旨

Preparation of finely dispersed and highly homogeneous stable mixtures by mixing is very common in the food industry.
Along with existing methods of mixing (Circulation Mixing, Static Mixing, Mechanical Mixing, Flow Mixing) a device that implements a variant of the flow mixing - Hydrodynamic Mixing of flows passing through the pipeline construction was developed.
In this case, there is the Bernoulli effect, in which the fluid pressure is reduced in the areas where the flow rate increases. On the basis of the Bernoulli effect ejectors or jet pumps are built, where in the suction chamber with a zone of reduced pressure (vacuum) the inlet stream is applied. Next the flows are mixed in the mixing chamber and the mixture comes into the tank through the diffuser.
The jet pump was designed for pumping and mixing of liquids. It has been tested and successfully used for supplying solutions in oil wells and pumping the reaction products from the well.
A distinctive feature of the pump is its working in two modes - the mode of pumping and the injection mode. Thus, there is an intense mixing of the two streams, the ratio of which at the output is determined by the pressure (vacuum) in the chamber. The use of such a pump allows, besides the pumping of well fluid, receiving different kinds of solutions with a high degree of uniformity and stability.
One of the important characteristics of the jet mixing is the proportions of mixed components. Several ways to control the amount of liquid or powders in the injection stream were developed. The main of which is the change of a gap between the diffuser and the nozzle, as well as the introducing of the inlet stream under pressure. The choice of the regulation method is determinedby the type of components for mixing.
Obviously, the design features of the mixer depend on mixing components, and the presence or absence of cavitation.
Therefore, with a simple construction of the device for jet mixing of liquids and powders its application in the food industry, along with cavitation, reduces the compounding process, reduces the cost of production itself and increases the reliability of the machines that implement jet mixing.
