本研究の主旨

The purpose of this research is to develop cooking refrigeration fish meat cutlet as functional food contained natural useful materials and automatic manufucturing machine for producing fish cutlet . We have studied freezing characteristics and protein deterioration on fish cutlet with natural useful materials. As a result of this research, high quality products of on fish meat cutlet with natural useful materials would be obtained. We are going to expect good research result applicate to freezed food processing industry. Utilizing a result of this research to make a cullet producing machine, the technology of the automatic high-efficiency machine for producing functional food would be improved
