Steps to Exhibiting at FOOMA JAPAN 2012

1. Consideration

Notify the FOOMA JAPAN secretariat of your interest in exhibiting by faxing the Statement of Interest and Request for Information form.

2. Decision

Reach a decision about the size and configuration of your booth and about the business sector in which you will exhibit.

3. Submitting the application form

Mail your application form to the FOOMA JAPAN secretariat.
Deadline: Thursday, December 15, 2011

4. Making the payment for your booth space

Wire the payment for your booth space to the FOOMA JAPAN secretariat.
Deadline: Tuesday, January 31, 2012

5. Receiving the exhibitor materials and attending the exhibitor orientation

The FOOMA JAPAN secretariat will notify the exhibitors about their booth placement and will provide them with a detailed exhibitor’s guidebook and other essential materials.
It will also hold an orientation for exhibitors.
Timing: Mid-February

6. Submitting all the pertinent materials

Provide the FOOMA JAPAN secretariat with information about your plans for installing and taking down your booth, including information about related assembly work.
