Surface Plasmon Resonance Imaging Device with Auto Compensation for Evaluation of Food Quality

本研究の主旨

Our research team developed an SPR imaging instrument which allowed the functions of automatic calibration and temperature compensation. In order to realize this ability, SPR chip with multiple spots was introduced. Also, in order to enhance the sensitivity of the chip, nano-structure was built on chip surface. Even though this machine does not have any temperature sensor, the effect of temperature was compensated well. The coefficient of determination in a statistical model was 0.986 when ethanol solutions were applied.
