FOOMA JAPAN 2010Message from the Chairman

The Japan Food Machinery Manufacturers 'Association takes pride in convening FOOMA JAPAN 2010 from June 8 to 11 at Tokyo Big Sight. This will be the 33rd FOOMA JAPAN exhibition, and the diverse exhibits and demonstrations promise to evoke well the exhibition's theme: The Glories of Food and Food Equipment.

Reliable access to safe, affordable, and delicious food is fundamental to the quality of life. Ensuring food safety needs to be an overriding priority for our industry in any kind of economic environment. We need to address that priority even as we pursue continuing technological progress and as we tackle the challenges of lowering costs and raising efficiency.

FOOMA JAPAN 2010 will present a vast range of products, technologies, and services for fulfilling our industry's crucial role in society.
